Goodesign provide block plans to demonstrate how each building may match the occupational brief in terms of best fit. In addition we advise on issues such as likely fit out cost, construction timescales and base build features e.g. air conditioning, electrical supplies, Disability Discrimination Act compliance and Asbestos surveys etc.
